I like this place for their breakfast menu. The specialty pancakes are my favorite. Took a friend of mine here for the first time and he really enjoyed it. We ordered the Lumber Jack special with specialty pancakes. I got the raspberry and he got the tiramisu pancakes. Both were really tasty. The place is usually packed on the weekend but tonight it was really quite. Made for some really nice photos of the place. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Our server Susana was awesome and tolerated two chatty old men. She is very knowledgeable of all the dishes and really customer oriented and patient, which we really appreciated. If your looking for a Denny's/IHop/Norms alternative this is a great place to try.

From the moment you walk into The Pan, you’re warmly greeted and seated within minutes. The service is unbelievably quick — I placed my order, and the food came out at almost McDonald’s speed, which is rare for a sit-down restaurant. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting. While I was slightly disappointed with the crab benedict, as the crab patty could have been cooked better, the French toast was absolutely perfect — fluffy, flavorful, and truly unbeatable. And speaking of unbeatable, their chai latte is a must-try. The spice blend is spot on, and that cold foam topping on the iced version is the ultimate finishing touch — creamy, smooth, and dessert-worthy. Overall, everything from the greeting to the service to the food was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back soon for another round of French toast and that unforgettable chai latte.

I really enjoyed my visit here. The food was excellent but what makes it even better is the atmosphere and service. All things come together for a great visit! I highly recommend.

I came to the Pan because one of my best friends suggested this place and I needed a quick bite to eat before I started my day. I walked in and was quickly seated where a wonderful waitress by the name of Arlene sat me down at my table. Her service was outstanding and she made sure I had everything I needed to have a comfortable meal and enjoyable experience. If you drop by this place ask for Arlene!!!

Visiting socal after almost a year, friend told me we had to hit this spot to have brunch! You can already tell its going to be great by the amount of people willing to stand around and wait, it was packed and multiple large groups! Very busy in the best way. We got the loaded hashbrowns with eggs over medium and limited time pumpkin pancakes! I had one bite of the pancakes and told my friend we needed to come back to try more!! Saw so many plates go by and I cant wait to return! Pancakes were fluffy and buttery, pumpkin was the perfect amount! The hashbrowns have a spicy aoili with green onions and its so well done! Crispy, savory, good bite! Literally returning at the end of this week!

Had such a pleasant visit today at The Pan Long Beach! We were served by Arlene, who was so sweet and attentive throughout our dining experience. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions based on our dietary preferences. The food was, as always, amazing — some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had! The restaurant itself is super cute inside, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

My friend and I came to eat brunch during a super busy time, and despite that, Sam was still a super attentive server. She gave helpful suggestions and had our food brought out in a timely manner. Today we got the loaded hash browns and the limited time pumpkin pancakes and they were both amazing. I love coming here and I'll definitely be back !
